Fluorine plastic lined butterfly valve series
There are two basic types, that is, D71F4 and D71F46(center line) fully lined wafer butterfly valves and D41F4 and D41F46(center line) fully lined flanged butterfly valves, which adopt opposite split valve body group. The valve seat is integrated with the body lining. When the valve works, only the plastic valve seat is in contact with the lining disc and the medium. The product can withstand any medium corrosion except the molten alkali metal and element fluorine. Body channel inner surface smooth, fluid resistance is small. CV value is high, strong circulation capacity, moderate torque, adopts four-stage sealing structure and equipped with temperature resistant and aging resistant silicone rubber elastic gasket seat outside the sealing surface, completely achieving zero leakage of medium.
