I. main structure
The valve body, valve seat, sphere, this product is mainly composed of stem packing, etc, with compact structure, reliable sealing, convenient maintenance, the advantages of easy operation, suitable for water, solvents, acids and natural gas, such as working medium, but also is suitable for the working conditions of media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, widely used in various fields.
Ii. Working principle
Through the drive device, the valve stem is driven to rotate 90° perpendicular to the channel. The ball with circular channel is used as the opening and closing part. Two plastic seats are installed on both sides of the ball to seal the leakage between the ball and the valve body.
Three, main characteristics
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to the pipe segment of the same length.
2. Easy to operate, from full open to full close as long as 90° rotation, suitable for frequent operation, quick opening and closing, light.
3. Simple structure, relatively small size, light weight, easy to maintain.
4. When the valve is closed, the handle rotates clockwise (switch mark is set on the handle).
5. This valve adopts plastic soft seal seat, simple process, easy to replace the seal.
6. Metal ball is used for soft sealing of plastic seat, with small closing torque and good sealing performance.
7. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause the erosion of the sealing surface of the valve.
